Devilfish Poker Sponsors Irish National Student Poker Championships 2008

Dublin (PRWEB) March 31, 2008 -- Devilfish Poker is proud to sponsor the Irish National Student Poker Championship 2008 which takes place in the Regency Airport Hotel, Dublin on Saturday April 5, 2008.

Up to 400 players are expected to attend the ?65 (+ ?7 registration fee) buy-in event and all players must register beforehand at www.pokerireland.ie by April 1 and payment must be received by April 5. Tournament organisers cannot accept registration or payment on the day.

The tournament is open to students from across Europe and the prize pool is an estimated ?26,000.

The Devilfish himself approves, himself having been a student of many things in his time -- but we suspect he might have bunked off to play poker on a few occasions too!"
